In 2021, the well-known Telugu actress Krithi Shetty made her acting debut in the hugely successful romance drama Uppena. In the film, which starred Vaisshnav Tej as the lead actor and well-known Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi as the antagonist, the actress played Sangeetha, also known as Bebamma. After winning the 69th National Film Award for Best Telugu Film, the Buchi Babu Sana-directed movie, which received a tonne of praise from critics and viewers alike, is now making news once more.
