From the evening Aarti ceremony to the serene early morning boat rides on the Ganges, watching the sunrises and sunsets on the ghats during our shoots, and admiring the majestic old temples in person. The city’s extensive cultural and historical heritage piqued my interest. My trip to Varanasi was enhanced by strolling along the busy ghats and even partaking in a little shopping for lovely Banarasi Silk Saris. And last but not least, Varanasi’s biryani was a culinary treat I won’t soon forget, surpassing any I’ve ever tasted. With Tatlubaaz, Nargis Fakhri is getting ready to make her OTT debut, and her time in Varanasi should give the show an authenticity that can only come from being fully immersed in a place’s cultural fabric. Tatlubaaz is not simply a television series; it is a true and enlightening experience that encourages viewers to accompany Nargis on her illuminating tour through the historic alleyways of Varanasi.
